Information About Visiting Patients at Springfield Hospital Center

Visiting Hours, etc.

​Patient visitation is available ​Monday through Sunday from 1 pm to 8 pm.  Appointments are strongly encouraged​; however, walk-in visits may be granted ​providing there is availability on the schedule and with the ​approval of the patient's treatment team.

Visitors are reminded not to bring any sharp objects, glass containers, plastic bags or over-the-counter medications for patients.  If there are any questions about what is appropriate, please contact the social workers or nursing staff on the patient's unit.  ​Visitors should not bring any drugs, alcoholic products or weapons of any kind onto hospital grounds.

 Visits will take place in the building's lobby and all visitors are still required to follow the established protocols for visitations.  Visitor information can be found in the Visitor Information Guide below.

Tobacco Free Information

Springfield Hospital Center is a Tobacco Free facility.  No tobacco products of any kind are permitted to be consumed/used on hospital grounds.
