Behavioral Health Hospital Coordination Dashboard

The Behavioral Health Administration’s (BHA) Behavioral Health Hospital Coordination Program aims to improve the process and urgency of connecting patients with behavioral health resources across the state. The program focuses on efforts to address delayed access to care that results in Emergency Department boarding and hospital overstays.

Resource Dashboards for Providers
  • The inpatient psychiatric bed board helps discharge planners locate available beds in real-time, without multiple phone calls or unnecessary delays.
  • The crisis bed dashboard shows the availability and location of short-term community-based stabilization services.
  • Behavioral health urgent care resources offer walk-in and same-day appointments.
