COMMUNITY HEALTH RESOURCES COMMISSION ISSUES FY 2024 REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS;
$7 MILLION AVAILABLE TO PROMOTE HEALTH EQUITY AND EXPAND ACCESS TO CARE
 

The CHRC Commissioners have issued the Expanding Health Care Access and Promoting Health Equity FY 2024 Request for Applications​ ​which will award approximately $7 million statewide.  Letters of Intent are due April 25 and full grant proposals are due May 16.  Grant awards will be issued by the Commission in late June.
