Mission

Provide a learning and development infrastructure to support a DHMH workforce that continuously improves its knowledge, effectiveness and efficiency.

Division Goals:

  • Provide management/leadership learning programs.
  • Respond to organizational development needs.
  • Provide website for critical information and resources.
  • Provide a learning management system.
  • Orient new employees to the DHMH culture.
  • Provide a process for continuing education.
