Notice of Proposed Action
The Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene proposes to amend Regulation .01 under COMAR 10.16.05 Health Permits for Outdoor Musical Festivals.
Statement of Purpose
The purpose of this action is to remove the requirement that a promoter of an outdoor musical festival shall obtain a safety permit. This permit is no longer required as a result of H.B. 350, Ch. 100, Acts of 2013, Business Regulation — Outdoor Musical Festival Promoter License — Repeal of Safety Permit Requirement.
