Notice of Proposed Action
The Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene proposes to amend Regulation .29 under COMAR 10.09.55 Living at Home Waiver Program.
Statement of Purpose
The purpose of this action is to establish 15-minute payment units for claims submitted in accordance with the Program’s telephonic timekeeping system.

There is no corresponding federal standard to this proposed action.
Estimate of Economic Impact
The proposed action has no economic impact.
Economic Impact on Small Businesses
The proposed action has minimal or no economic impact on small businesses.
Impact on Individuals with Disabilities
The proposed action has an impact on individuals with disabilities as follows:
Payment for attendant care services in 15-minute increments will more accurately reflect services received by individuals with disabilities.
