Notice of Proposed Action
The Secretary for Health and Mental Hygiene proposes to amend Regulation .04 under COMAR 10.07.05 Residential Service Agencies.
Statement of Purpose
The purpose of this action is to change the annual renewal of a license of a residential service agency from a 1-year term to a 3-year term.

There is no corresponding federal standard to this proposed action.

The proposed action has no economic impact.
