H1N1 Maryland Case Update

Today is

Baltimore (May 7, 2009) -- Maryland's Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) State Public Health Laboratory has been approved to perform the confirmatory H1N1 tests on statewide suspected cases of H1N1 flu. As a result, only ‘confirmed’ H1N1 test results will be reported in the future. Cases will not be further identified to protect confidentiality.
