The goal of the Equal Opportunity/Fair Practices unit is to promote fair employment practices and equal opportunity in the workplace.
The EEO/Fair Practices unit reviews, develops and implements EEO related policies and procedures, programs and plans, with an emphasis in creating and retaining a diverse workforce and encouraguing equal opportunity for employees and applicants.
