MPHL : Division of Virology and Immunology

DHMH Laboratories Administration Virology and Immunology Division:
The Division provides laboratory services in detection of viral and certain bacterial etiologic agents afflicting humans.
The Division of Virology and Immunology performs assays for viral, bacterial, and rickettsial agents of disease including:
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella
  • Hepatitis A,B,C, and Pertussis
  • Rabies and Zoonotic Diseases
  • Sexually transmitted infections: Syphilis, Chlamydia trachomatis, HSV
  • Influenza, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, RSV, Enterovirus
  • Arbovirus: West Nile, Dengue Fever, Chikungunya
  • Lyme, CMV, EBV, Toxoplasma, Ehrlichia, Leptospira
