HEZ applicants are encouraged to include additional health, economic, or other social data relevant to the particular HEZ as may be helpful in supporting the HEZ proposal. The following are supplemental, zip code specific data sets which applicants may consider, as well as other data sources that may be helpful in describing characteristics of a proposed HEZ.
