To verify the status of a license to another state, please submit your request in writing accompanied by a check or money order for $25.00 made payable to the Maryland Board of Physical Therapy. Mail request and check to the Board Office
Lists of licensees are available for sale. This cost is $95.00 for all PTs, $85.00 for in-state PTs and $55.00 for PTAs (specify in-state only or all). Lists are available in excel format or label format and are sent electronically. Send your specific request, including e-mail address and check or money order to the Board Office
