Search practitioner profiles http://dhmh.maryland.gov/bopc. This site provides the public with information about practitioners licensed/certified to practice in Maryland.
Written State Board Verifications: Please complete the VERIFICATION REQUEST FORM and mail it to the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists address above. The Board will provide written verification that includes the licensee's name, license number, issue date, current status, expiration date, disciplinary status and our Board seal. The fee is $20 per request. Checks or money orders should be made payable to the Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists. Please allow 10 business days to process your verification(s) which will be mailed directly to the person/entity specified in the request.
