Welcome to the Board of Nursing Home Administrators
The Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators (BENHA) develops, administers, and enforces examination and education standards in order to protect Marylanders from unqualified and incompetent managers and administrators of nursing homes. Authority: Health Occupations Article, Title 9 of the Annotated Code of Maryland - COMAR 10.33.01.
The Board usually meets the second Wednesday of each month except January, July and August. All meetings start at 9:30 a.m. and are held at the Patterson Avenue Building. Please contact the Board's office for confirmation of meeting dates and room location.
