Anne Arundel County
AACO will open Annapolis High School as a cooling center today at until 9:30 p.m. tonight, June 30, 2012 hours due to the large number of power outages, with unknown restoration timeline. The swim centers opened at 11:00 am Saturday morning for any residents needing a shower.
Baltimore County
To address the elevated temperatures, the Essex, Towson, and Catonsville libraries will be open until 7:30 pm Saturday, June 30, 2012 to act as cooling centers.
Charles County
The public buildings listed below will be open during regular business hours for use by residents as cooling centers during the extreme heat:

Montgomery County
* Montgomery County will open three ?cooling centers" at 12 noon today at Richard Montgomery High School (250 Richard Montgomery Drive in Rockville), Clarksburg High School (22500 Wims Road in Clarksburg), and White Oak Recreation Center, (1700 April Lane in White Oak.) Bring prescription medicines, critical phone numbers, and any comfort items such as personal pillows.
* Four Montgomery County libraries are open to the public : Germantown, Bethesda, Praisner, and Damascus.
? 210,000 Pepco customers remain without power out of 305,000 in Montgomery County following last night's severe storms.
